Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you may request a refund for purchases of Crawlab from Chongqing Core Digital Tech Limited (重庆科锐数研科技有限公司) ("Crawlab", "we", "us", or "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, the terms below apply.

1. One-time license purchases

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the license key issued to you has not been activated or deployed. Once a license key has been activated, the purchase is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

2. Subscriptions

For your first purchase of a subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days, provided the Service has not been substantially used during that period. You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Renewal charges and fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time after a billing period has begun. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.

3. Exceptions

Even outside the windows above, we will provide a refund where one is required by applicable consumer-protection law, or at our discretion in cases such as duplicate charges or a verified inability to use the Service caused by a defect we are unable to resolve.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@crawlab.io with your order number and the email address used for the purchase, and a brief description of the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; the time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

For purchases made through our merchant of record, Paddle, your refund may be processed by Paddle on our behalf and will appear from the payment descriptor shown at checkout.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and license while the dispute is reviewed.
